All in-stock items are shipped within 3-5 working days from your order date. Local and international items are shipped via registered mail. Saturday, Sunday and public holiday is considered a holiday.

Exchange Policy

All goods sold are non-refundable. Unopened products can be exchange for another product of equal of lower value if you have changed your mind. For high value products, you may do a top up of the value. Shipping cost of any exchanged products shall be borne by the customers. Damaged products during shipment can be return and will be replaced. All items will be inspected for defects, prior to posting out.

How to Exchange

•    All exchange requests MUST reach us at info@pinkiberri.com within 1 week from date of dispatch of your order for local customers and date of receipt of your order for international customers.
•    We will response your exchange request within 48 hours with confirmation.
•    Customers shall borne full shipping charges for exchange. Delivery of exchanged items will only be process when postage fees are received and confirmed. Packages received that do not conform to the exchange regulations shall be ignored. Please do not send packages if you do not get confirmation on our side.
•    Pictures of Damaged goods have to be emailed to info@pinkiberri.com
