2B for Leg: Apply after a warm shower. Use a twenty cents coin amount on your calve area.Slowly massage til it is fully absorb, no extra massage is required.Use it Day and Night during the treatment period.

After your treatment when you attain your desired figure. You may use it as maintanence with frequency of once a day will do.
